- Grade Point Average (GPA) may be considered for selection of best teachers if many teachers show equal best result (Pass %age).
- Private schools showing 0% result may be de-notified or their affiliation with BISE be cancelled by the respective board.
- The Executive District Officer (Education) should be censured OR entry made in their PERs if their district show poor results in the SSC Exams.
- The money for reward to the best principals and two best subject teachers in each district will be provided by the respective BISEs.
- Teacher showing-zero result in a subject consecutively for 3 years should first be censured, then down-graded and on showing zero result again his services terminated after the third year.
- Punishment reward system should also be introduced in colleges. The Higher Education Department should submit a proposal in this regard for approval of Governor.
So everyone is required to be on his toes.
